2010 University at Buffalo School of Law | Juris Doctorate 2012 | Duwaine is an Associate in the Litigation Department at Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP. He is the VP of Programs for the Rochester Black Bar Association, which awarded him with the MCBA's Emerging Bar Leader Award in June 2015. He is also Den Leader and Board Member for the Cub Scouts and volunteer assistant football coach for Pop Warner. Recipient of the Robert J. Connelly Trial Advocacy Award and the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Outstanding Performance Award while at UB Law, Duwaine was a National Trial Team member, Treasurer for the Black Law Student Association, clerk for the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, clerk for the Buffalo Journal of Gender, Law, and Social Policy, and Board Member, Frederick Douglas Moot Court Team. He received his BA from Morehouse College.
